Blitz is aggressive, arrogant, and explosive. He spends most of his time out of his ball despite this, and delights in harassing the other Pokemon in his traveling group or going after any wild Pokemon that dare get too close to the camp. He shocks Jean when Jean displeases him, but has also been known, on rare occasions, to show genuine affection for his trainer.
Blitz has also recently shown a ballternal tendency towards protecting eggs, much to everyone's shock. He's also very fond of Polo and his brother Magellan, maybe because he's using young Pokemon to create himself an army. Soon, the electricity will rain down from the sky and all will kneel before the mighty Ball King!

Lila seems very sweet, and often she is, relishing her role as the most openly affectionate member of Jean's Pokemenagerie. But beneath her gentle exterior lurks a dark purpose, a spirt of vengeance and a lust for bloodshed directed at her natural enemy, Blitz the Voltorb. Originally captured because Blitz was shocking her and trying to scare her away from the camp's food supply, Lila hasn't forgotten this indignation, and is just biding her time... waiting...
Lila should have evolved by now, but she seems perfectly content to stay as a Rattata. Jean isn't pushing the issue, because he frankly likes how she rides around on his shoulder and is one of his cuter Pokemon.

Polo is now a proud, giant bara cat, who looks uncomfortably like a super buff human wrestler but still engages in cat-like behaviors. Things have gotten awkward since he and his brother evolved. His favorite things include playing with Uncle Blitz, grooming himself on top of Armin's books, and sitting in any box big enough to fit him.
He's also shown an interest in art, which Jean has been encouraging by buying him sketchbooks and markers.

Jean met Eren behind a restaurant in Goldenrod, where the Trubbish was hanging out behind a Dumpster. Since he likes Pokemon who look like sentient versions of non-sentient things, Jean caught him and brought him home. He jokingly called him Eren once, and then the Trubbish refused to answer to anything else, so Eren he became and Eren he will remain.
Admittedly, Jean didn't try very hard to change his name.
Eren's best friend is Krieg's Muk, Slag Stack, who he contacts on the Pokegear whenever he can to enjoy some pleasantries and trash talk.

Sometimes, you see a Pokemon that is just so colossally stupid-looking you know immediately that you must have one. This is what happened when Jean saw an Alolan Exeggutor for the first time, and he spent several days stalking the island until he managed to catch one.
Colossal Treetrunk isn't the most useful Pokemon in Jean's arsenal, so she doesn't see combat very often, but Jean likes her anyway. Much like Burrito, she's happier providing shade on a sunny day than getting into fisticuffs.
Spookycheeks

Jean and Spookycheeks first met back in October, where Jean let the weird little lady gorge on candy in an attempt to make friends. They ran into each other again at the Sevii Islands and Jean was able to catch her this time. Spookycheeks has the distinction of being the one Pokemon Blitz is terrified of, which means Lila the Rattata is her best friend and hangs out with her all the time.
Spookycheeks is a friendly and cheerful little ghost, as long as there are no Pikachus around. She will allow a brief exception for Sassycheeks, BUT ONLY if it involves some aggressive wrestling and plenty of trash talk!
Spookycheeks has also found herself a partner in Shiro's Haunter, and they've produced two eggs together.
Fat Ice Dog

Found stuck in a tide pool in the Sevii Islands (level 20) | April 5
Fat Ice Dog must have gotten blown pretty far off course or gotten way too excited about rolling to end up in the Sevii Islands, and Jean and Blitz found him trapped in a tide pool with walls too steep to roll out of. Jean fished him out and the Spheal has been following him ever since. The fact that the Pokemon bears a suspicious resemblance both in appearance and personality to someone important to Jean is lost on no one, but please don't bring it up.
Fat Ice Dog (sometimes called Fido for short) is a genial and friendly Pokemon. His best friend is Armin Arlert's Atty, and the two of them get into all kinds of spherical adventures. A few weeks ago, Jean quietly presented Fat Ice Dog with an Everstone, so he'll stay at his current evolution. This is fine with Fido, since he'd rather play than fight anyway.

Given as an early birthday gift by Eren Jaeger, Wing Snake shares one thing in common with his original trainer: he is filled with unquenchable blood lust and fury over the fact that he can't fly. Why have the Pokegods cursed him with these useless wings? Why has he been forsaken so? He gets along reasonably well with other Pokemon (Spookycheeks the Mimikyu in particular likes him, since he can do Dig and that move is cheap as shit and appeals to her aesthetics), as long as they don't have wings. Any other Pokemon with wings that can fly will be taken out with extra prejudice.

An early birthday gift of an egg from Anders, Jean thought Andrea would be a cat of some kind. It was a natural assumption to make, considering who gave him the egg. Instead, a little ice fox hatched out, whom Jean instantly and naturally named Andrea (the female derivative of the man who gave her to him). Andrea quickly formed a friendship with Fat Ice Dog, who was delighted at having someone else cold to play with, and though she's a lower level than the Spheal, she has taken the leading role in their adventures.

Another early birthday gift egg, this time from Krieg, Death Chicken is the son of the illustrious Murder Chicken, the first Pokemon to knock Blitz on his ass during a fight. Jean would have hatched him sooner, but all the chaos from prom broke out two days later, and the eggs had to wait. Now little Death Chicken is taking his toddling first steps under the watchful eyes of Uncle Blitz, who hasn't forgotten what DC's father did, and is playing a long con by getting close to his son.
Under careful tutelage from Polo and regular visits to go see Murder Chicken, DC is developing into a fine young Pokemon. He evolved into a Combusken when he knew his father was watching, and has been strutting his stuff ever since.
Donner

Donner had spent most of her life as a battery for various nefarious Rocket schemes before Jean rescued her and her other brethren from the Rocket base. She was the largest of the several Electrodes cooped up there, and Blitz immediately fell in love with her, as he likes them big and round. Fortunately, she returns his affections and just never left, leaving Jean with a second Electrode in the party and Blitz with a girl who ain't that average groupie.

Jean found Burrito in a cage, dehydrated and miserable, on the second level of the basement in the Rocket Prom. After helping other Pokemon get free, Jean found that the little Lotad was too dehydrated to escape on his own, and Fisch volunteered his wet Pokeball to get the little guy out. Once things had calmed down a little, Jean discovered that Burrito is much more content to act as a serving tray and be helpful than to fight, and put him to work helping with the Electrode horde.
Now that the horde has moved on, Burrito has found new employment as Jean's nightstand, and is perfectly happy with this arrangement.
He has also been instrumental in helping with the rehabilitation of another Team Rocket Pokemon, Armin's Nemesis. The two have formed an unlikely friendship, and are often found together.
Rocky

Egg received from Sion (January 30) | Egg hatched at Vermillion City (May 15)
Sion gave Jean an egg, and Jean promptly forgot about said egg and left it in a computer box for months. When he found it again, he felt really guilty and immediately set to work hatching it. Rocky has, so far, been just as cranky and hard-headed as advertised, and despite being lower level only encourages Wing Snake's rivalry with him. For these reasons, he spends a lot of time in his Pokeball, until Jean can get away and work with him one on one.
In recent months, Rocky has proved himself to be very useful as Jean's only large flying Pokemon. He helped save Shiro on Mt. Mortar, and then helped save Shiro again after Halloween. His attitude around other Pokemon has mellowed and he's grown into a valuable part of the team.
Sparkler

Sparkler--called Sparky for a few days until Jean realized that was Krieg's name for him and then changed it--is a daughter of Marcel and Bubblegum, hatched in a clutch of six eggs as part of Bertolt's first breeding experiment. Did Jean need another fire type? No, he did not. Did he know immediately that he wanted the sweet little girl puppy who crawled into his lap and licked his chin? Yes, yes he did.
Sparkler has since been keeping herself occupied playing with her father and siblings, and being adopted by Polo. She and Death Chicken are quite close, since they're the same size and can play with each other and not have to worry about burning anyone.
Jean is waiting on giving her a Fire Stone, since he already has to share a tent with five hundred pounds of Marcel, and he also doesn't really need another heavy hitter fire type.
Charybdis

He's quite pleased that she fits in with his theme of Pokemon That Look Like Other Things, and Spookycheeks is glad to have another Ghost type around. So far, Charybdis has been a little shy, so her personality hasn't come shining through yet.

Originally one of Eren's Pokemon, Jean knew Eren had left Pokemon world when he woke up to Carey wrapped around Blitz's face and Blitz wasn't pitching a fit about it. The only way Blitz wouldn't be freaking out was if something had happened, and a quick trip to the neighboring tent confirmed it.
Carey is currently depressed and gloomy over Eren's departure, and even Blitz is being nice to her while she grieves. It helps that Donner can switch off and take face-hugging duty from him on occasion.

Really, thanks to Eren, Jean has gotten a couple of badass new additions. He'd never tell Eren that, though, even if he could.

Maul was probably the last Pokemon Eren added to his party before going back home. Jean knows Eren spent a lot of money on the egg that Gible came from, but that's not the reason he adopted him. Jean found Maul wandering around the hotel, confused and scared, and quickly realized that he was dealing with a baby Pokemon, one who was out of his element and alone.
Never let it be said that Jean isn't a sucker for Pokemon in bad situations.
One of the first things Maul did upon being adopted was dig through Jean's bag and eat an Everstone, so now he's a Gible forever. Jean doesn't mind.

RahRah Bird was a gift from Angel and Armin, an egg bred from Bailey and Amadeus, but when she hatched, Jean wasn't sure what to do with her. She didn't do much in his party, not being a fighter and not being big enough to be a brawler, until Jean stumbled upon some Yellow Nectar and offered it to her. She evolved into her current form, and found her place: as a cheerleader to all the other Pokemon when they battle!
Jean started calling her RahRah Bird, the name stuck, and now she goes to every gym with him and cheers on his other Pokemon as they're fighting.

It was a sad day when Jean realized Anders had left Pokemon world, but then he realized Anders' Meowth had found his way to him, and that made it hurt a little less. He has Sly to cuddle when he misses at Anders... at least, in theory he does. Sly is a rather persnickety cat and isn't very generous with his affections. Jean loves him anyway, though, and is keeping him safe and happy in case Anders ever comes back.

Everyone seems happy with it, though, and Jean DEFINITELY doesn't want the Gible back, so all is well.Emma isn't much of a battler, and Jean has other, stronger water Pokemon he can use, so she spends most of her days playing with the other Pokemon and collecting shells.

Considering Spookycheeks and her hatred for Pikachus, AND Blitz and his distaste for any other electric types around, Sassycheeks seems like an odd choice for Jean. However, he met her because Spookycheeks picked a fight with her, and the two of them seem fairly evenly matched, despite the discrepancy between their levels. Even Spookycheeks seems to have fun playing with her, so Jean caught the Pikachu and added her to the team. As long as she knows her place, everything will work out fine.

The daughter of Whisper Bunny and Reiner, Kuroschwartzenstrudel (or just Strudel for short) is a happy and friendly little girl. She's also got a mind of her own, and spends a lot of her time sneaking up on her dad Reiner or Shiro's Kuro and trying to tackle them and prove her strength.
Fortunately for everyone, the big Pokemon are pretty tolerant of her shenanigans, and have even shown her the best places to hunt for metal to eat.

Gulliver befriended Strudel at once (fellow Steel types gotta represent), and then met the objection of his affections, the most beautiful Pokemon he'd ever seen: Charybdis. He's been actively courting her, much to her confusion and delight, and all the attention is starting to draw the Dhelmise out of her shell.

Strudel was afraid of her at first, until she saw Gulliver buzz all around her, and now the little Aron climbs all over the Drampa. Grandmaw doesn't mind in the slightest and tolerates the attentions of younger Pokemon with all the good grace which could be expected.

Jean and Xion only met once, but when they did, they bonded over their Spheals. Imagine Jean's surprise when, months later, the pink Spheal he'd met rolled onto Sevii and started hanging out with him. A quick check to the network revealed Xion was gone, and Jean now has two Spheals.
Fat Ice Dog immediately took Triton under his flabby little wing, and the two Spheals are close. Almost too close...

Bug Zapper has had a difficult life. His first trainer traded him to Ford, and then Ford realized he wasn't much good with electric Pokemon. Jean, fortunately, is a pro with getting zapped, and when Ford reached out to him about his Charjabug, Jean answered the call.
Bug Zapper has been enjoying the Sevii Islands, especially with the Voltorb army around to play with. It's not uncommon to see a blocky bug shape amidst all the rolling balls, and when he's not hanging with the Voltorbs, Bug Zapper likes to hang out on the porch and zap mosquitoes, living up to his name quite well.

Knowing this, Armin caught one while exploring a volcano, and promptly taught him that his name was Archibald Nigel, and he should answer to nothing else. Perhaps he realized what kind of terrible name Jean would bestow upon him.
Not only did Archibald Nigel learn his name, but he also learned that he should be addressed by his full name. Armin probably didn't anticipate that his full name would end up being Archibald Nigel Hot Shit Kirschtein.

One of the things Jean and Ford have in common is that they both appreciate a good, weird Pokemon. During a recent hunting trip, Ford scared up and then caught a pair of Yamasks. He kept the girl, Mallory, and then gave Jean her brother, Robbie. Whether they were brother and sister in life or declared themselves siblings later is unknown.
Robbie is a dramatic, self-centered brat, so perfect for Jean. If he was still human, he'd probably wear skinny jeans and guyliner.
Robbie is now in charge at FCAB and Jean's head barista. Having several sets of hands helps immensely with making coffee.
